New Jersey – Real on the Road

Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, New Jersey, among the primary destinations on my current visit to this Eastern part of the United States where I was born and grew up. Buried beside my grandmother are her parents, my great-grandparents, Carrie K. Hunter, 1883-1975, and William G. Hunter, 1882-1937.

Many readers will know that I enjoy visiting cemeteries and have seen quite a few along my journey. I’ve been to two cemeteries in my current destination and each has had special meaning for me.

Zimbabwe Umuntu Permaculture Projects is organized to develop thriving permaculture gardens throughout Zimbabwe without the use of herbicides, insecticides or artificial fertilizers. I visited one of the organization’s primary projects in Mt. Darwin, central Zimbabwe, in March 2022, and was impressed with the size, scope and successes being achieved at the Mt. Darwin site under difficult conditions in Zimbabwe. Over the past two years I have made donations that helped to provide fencing and livestock for the site. You can help as well.
